RETURNS

Refunds or replacements are only offered for items that are identified as faulty. 

Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel if the item is faulty. Email photos (including the packaging)  and your order number to tinku@tinkspersonalisedesigns.com.au within 24 hours of receiving the product(s) to be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Please send the item/s in original packaging to be eligible for a replacement or refund. Item/s will only be replaced or refunded if faulty. If item/s are proved to be faulty your return shipping will be refunded. 

If a refund is granted it can only be made to its original payment source. 

We do not offer refunds or replacements for change of mind as these are customised products. We will not provide any refund or exchange on an order cancellation of any customised, made to order and/or special order item/s due to the customised and made to order process involved.

Sale items are non-refundable no store vouchers will be issued. 

Shipping

We deliver only in Australia and use Australia Post for shipping within Australia.
